loose steering
I have a 94 F150 with very loose steering. It is getting worse by the week, it is getting to the point of reminding me of old movies that show somebody driving straight but they still move the steering wheel back and forth. I live in a remote area and dont really have a mechanic around here. Any help would be appreciated.

well, you can check the u joint in the column, and also the rag joint at the box. if those check out, i would go to the powered side of the system. check all you linkages. have some one turn the wheel back and forth why you watch the pitman arm, if there seems to be slack in the box, you can tighten it up.
