Can anyone tell me what I might expect to pay for a 1971 Ford 100 2 WD pickup.
It has 81,000 original miles on it, with a 3 speed on column.
Body is rough, rust, no wreckage.
New brakes and brake lines.
Runs and drives great, I've driven it!

Well, i bought essentially the same truck, a 70' for $300. no brake work but it runs great, column shift and 92k original miles. I believe i got a good deal, if you check out http://www.classictruckshop.com/value_guide_manual.asp it could give you a little better idea (although i think the values on truckshop are a bit high.)
around $1500.00 I would say, new brakes and lines is worth at least $300 or so. and the milage is worth 1,000 if the body aint to to bad I would guess. I paid 1100 for my first 69 stright body needed paint. forget the milage.
opps what kinda engine? you didnt tell us that, stright 6 or so the price I said if it has a 351 or 460 I say around $2000.00
It has a 302 with a 3 speed on the column. No other options to speak of! All manual, not a single luxury!
Have a great afternoon!
Don
no problem, well some might diss agree but thats what I would pay and I see them all the time up here in Ga for sale for. unless they have a really nice paint job most dont go for over 2,000. a 302 if it looks good, no majoy oil lecks and in good shape then I would say 2000.00 would be fair deal good luck and if your buying one post pictures, we love pictures. welcome to the site, enjoy.
