I'm from Sweden and new on this form, I just bought a F150 -86 4x4 with a 302 and AOD trans. It has 32x12.5" and a 2" suspension lift. I have plans for 33x12.5" on 10" rims, I think I have to lift it 1.5-2" more. Is it someone here who have any tip, perhaps I can drive with the 2" lift. If I have to lift it more is it someone who know what camber bushing I have to get, is it enought with -2.5 to +2.5 Deg. Nice to find a site like this, seems like there is a lot of knowledge here.
Welcome. I have a 1980 F150 4X4 running on 35X15.50-15's, and 15X10 rims. It has a 3" body lift. Thats how I bought it. Any way I had to adjust the steering stop's to stop the tires from rubbing in the radius arm. I had 35X12.50-15's and they rubbed slightly on the arms. Although I would prefer a suspension lift, the cost for the body lift is only about $100.00 and should let you fit the tires you want. Hope this helps and good luck. Ted
