Them Rubber Mats.
When cleaning my rubber floor mats i ushually simply pull them out, lay them out on the garage floor, and spray them down with a good coat of the foam tire shine, this will take everything off, dirt etc. if you have rubber on the inside you can do the same thing, just rub it in instead of letting it sit.
