I have an 86 bronco 302 efi when i got it it would not crank. Put a new starter onit and fixed that problem. Then no spark. Pulled the spout connector and it started sparking but if you put it back in spark stops. So i have left it out. Any suggestion there? Then i have no fuel. If you spray starting fluid it will start untill the fluid is gone. I do not hear the pumps cutting on. Any suggestions?

Now, down to business. The first thing I would check for your fuel pump problem is the Inertia switch. It may have gotten triggered at some point and needs to be reset. If it's okay then you should check the fuel pump relay next.
You do know that the pump(s) will only run for a second or two when you first turn the key on, and then shut off till the engine is running? So you've listened at the tank while the key is turned on and not heard the whine of the pumps briefly at all?
For the ignition problem, I would check for codes and see if it points to the TFI module. These are prone to problems, and it's quite possibly bad.
The pumps don't turn on briefly. inertia switch is ok. Which relay is the one for the fuel pump? there is 2 green ones next to each other on left fender well.
