don't know jack
Ok guys just got my new 94 F250 4x4 diesel and I know this is dumb but there is no jack in the truck. Any suggestions on the best jack to get? I see the spare tire bracket is gone. Junk yard bound or pay that AAA?

high lift jacks are nice to carry on vehicles. i would reccommend getting a bottle jack or something like that. there are ones that come with cases, that would fit in the back seat of your truck, or possibly behind a drivers seats if you have single cab.
walmart maybe?
make sure the jack is low enough to fit under the axle when you have a flat tire, but tall enough to lift the axle up high enough to do some good. (duh?) here's your sign, would fit here i guess.

Spare tire brackets are notorius for rusting...up here anyways...if you find a good one paint it & put anticease on bracket bolts. As far as a jack goes, 12v has the right idea...I carry a small floor jack & a bottle jack [you can get them cheap], I have the stock one buts its just for looks??
