Heads On Right?

Heads On Right?

I'm worried my heads might be on the wrong sides of the motor. There are what appear to be coolant passages near the top of each head. There are two on each head. One is plugged on each head and one is open.

My holes are currently open toward the front of the truck. Are they on right?

They may not be coolant passages. I have a tube that seems to go between them and it has some big brass thing on halfway between the ends.

sounds like the air injection pump tube , if your not using it get plugs from ford or drill and tap for plugs
