Air Conditioning/Compressor
When I bought my 78 F250 Camper Special, the 460 had been removed, but there were tons of parts in the bed. One of the parts is almost definitely a compressor of some sort, but it doesn't seem A/C like. Did these trucks come with onboard air compressors? It's got a pulley.
Since then I bought a 460 from a 76 Lincoln Continental.
The 460 came with an air conditioning compressor.
What did I find in the bed? Can I use both?

That is a York AC compressor, my 78 has one also. They are often used to make on board air compressor rigs. Check some of the threads in the off road forum on the subject. There may even be a few other threads scattered around the forums. I have used one for years with a 1/2HP electric motor from a washing machine as a portable air compressor.
