torque converter drain plug?

Does my 1993 F-150 5.0 with a (E4OD) Electronic 4 speed overdrive, have a drain plug on the torque converter?

It should have one which can be found by rotating the crank until it's seen through the hole at the bottom of the bellhousing. However about 2001 or so, Ford stopped putting drain plugs on the converters
