I get real happy when I get a new truck, but the look of pure joy on my cousin's face when my parents gave her a miniature horse is unparalled. I would explain more but just check out the link.
So cute....horses are great animals for helping people through tough times. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the life lessons I've learned from a horse.
That's my uncle's. I should have took a picture of the '66 F-100 in his barn. It's completely restored except for a small crease in the roof where Huricane Opal knocked a barn down on it. When my family gathers it looks like a Blue Oval car show.

Amen! Started with horses at 35, with a "warrior princess" QH mare, learned how to ditch my temper/ego and got rewarded with her unflinching devotion...then tried it out on the woman who is now my wife!
Ohhhhh...we just checked out the website. That poor kid has had a rough time of it. What a great spirit to be such a smiling cherub after all she's been through.

All the horses I've ever been around are like dogs. They seem to be an excellent judge of character. If my dog and my horse don't like you, I probably won't either.
That being said, I've always wanted some Clydesdales or Belgiums.
The saying "bigger is better" applies to more than trucks. If I had a choice I'd take a draft horse over any other breed....they're so much more laid back and easy going.
