tire question?

I have a 00 f250 SD, 2wd, is there a big diff, between putting load D instead of load E on this truck I don't haul anything heavy, mostly drive around town.

It's a load issue, if you're not carring the weight, "D"'s will do just fine. Might even soften-up your ride.

You should have no problems at all. I've used the D rating for my last 2 sets of tires, and I do haul a lot of stuff around & on the highway. I've never had a problem. Just be sure to use a quality brand tire.

I run Ds as well, main thing to look for is actual weight rating of each tire. I haven't had any problems with mine, and as state prior, may even help the ride out some. Some like a truck, I like a truck than will ride like a caddy, and perform the duties of a truck.
