its either your overheat code, or since yo did over heat it, it could possibly be a tranny slip error code from being so hot. Not good. Not good at all......
There are about 50 different things that can make the OD light flash. Each one will set a code that will stay in the computer's memory for about a month after the last time the light flashed. The only way to know what happened is to have the code read. It takes a Ford specific scan tool to read transmission codes. The generic readers that most auto parts stores have won't read a transmission code.
