pulling codes

I have a searched and could never find the anwser.

My O/D on/off switch is has started blinking and only seems to do it when ever I cant seem to keep a track on flashes if it is a code. Is there a way to pull codes out of the tranny? I have a hard 1-2 up shift

boy, I'd just pull the regular codes. In fact, I think the transmission uses the EEC computer as it's big brother, so pull them regular and see if anything comes up.

The Transmission has no memory to store codes that is the job of the PCM.
You can get codes for the Transmission form the PCM at the DLC if is has any.
You pull the codes at the DLC in the normal way by grounding the STI.
