dash question

hey i lost my owner manuel to my 05f150 and the little trip button can be held to change the zones or somethin ...first of all what are the zones and second mine kinda locked up readin "CAL" what does this mean...some1 please help me out

"CAL" means calibrate and you are supposed to drive around in a circle until it is done calibrating. But you are supposed to set your zone first. there are a lot of zones, your location will dictate your zone.
