Valve Body Shift Kits
Any one install a vavle body shift improver kit? I have a 01 4.6/ 4R70W, I'd like to firm up the shifts, cant seem to find a good brand for my application.

A more common way rather than a shift kit is to use a tuner such as a Diablo or Superchips someone like www.motorhaven.com.
You can adjust the shift points, shift firmness, raise the speed limiter, recalibrate for different size tires etc. as well as getting more power
It's also clean, no transmission fluid dripping on you, lo laying under the truck etc.
It also gives you the oppurtunity to safely experiment with different shift pressure and shift points without making permanent changes.
