I have a 2002 edge that squeels when hot, and yesterday the oil pressure gage dropped to 0 then back to normal. I took it on a long trip two days before with no problem. PLEASE help! email me back @ jackieaherr @ yahoo.com

Ok...welllllll. The oil pressure "gauge" is nothing more than a glorified dummy light. At 8 PSI, it jumps to "normal", below 8 PSI it sits on low or wherever. So you're oil pressure is ridiculously low, and running it like this for almost any time at all is going to signal the end of that engine.
When was the oil changed last? How is the oil level? If the oil level is good, I'd suspect the oil pump.
What engine do you have? The 2.3 four cylinder, 3.0 V6, or 4.0V6?
