2" Body Lift HELP

my fellow Ftruck men i have just purchased a 2" body lift kit for my 75 F100 2wd as for being in australia i am limited to information for these trucks. what i want to know is the ways to get around the steering collum problem as this is the only promblem i have. It currently has a rag joint and it seem there is no room for movement in the steering collum or change of angle.
Please can you help
any information would be much appreciated.

take the plastic cover off thats covers between the steering column and the dash....now there should be two bolts holding the steering column to the dash...loosen then and push it foward....that may or may not ggive you the slip you need

with the three inch it works to loosen the spline up to the steering pump about an 1/2 to an inch, there is a spot where that bolt will slip in. That worked for the 3 so it will work for the two.
