Front License Bracket Mounting?

My 2004 F250 had no front license bracket mounted to it when I purchased it. I picked up the bracket from 1st Ford Parts. I can't figure out how it mounts.

Any chance a kind soul could snap a photo of the backet from below -- looking up?

I believe I am still missing parts. Mine only came with the license plate holder. Looks like there should be two other brackets that affix to the bumper and clip to the bracket. Photos would help.

I searched the gallery, but no photos showed it from a good angle.

TIA
Phil

The bracket appears to be a one-piece affair held by 4 plastic push-pin type fasteners which are going through 4 holes on the under side of the bumper and plastic bumper shield.

Do what I did Drill out the holes and and bolt it to the bumper with grade 8 bolts. It will never come off.

I also put bolts on mine - the plastic push pins are too weak for a front license bracket that sometimes get whacked with off road driving, etc.

If I had a nickel for every time I lost my front license plate...I'd have a @#$%-load of nickels...LoL

Scott

p.s. I never was able to find out how the dang push-pins worked...So I just used some nuts&bolts from the hardware store...no worries!

I had to buy a license plate bracket for my 99 SD. The guy at ford gave 4 plastic rivets to hold it on. At first I thought they were push pins but they are actually 1/4" plastic pop rivets. They hold pretty good.
