Gauge-mounting question

Ok '94 Ford Ranger, not 4x4. Up top, center of panel, above radio, there is an air vent on the right and a blank fake air vent on the left (where the 4x4 switch would go). I'd like to remove this panel (how...?) and mount a vacuum gauge on the left side.

I can't figure out how this panel comes off, or the air vents around the truck except the driver's window vent. Help please?

No charge, you are welcome to it. I am hoping some of us can get togather at the Pates swap meet at Texas motor speedway on the 29th or 30th. I could bring it then. Let me know if you need it sooner.

Pates swap meet? Wow, I have not heard about that swap meet since I drove a 1962 Impala (back in the early 80's...I'm old but not that old). Is it a pretty big meet? I guess there is stuff out there for old Rangers?
