WOW....Cannot believe this!!!

Hey guys,

I cant believe its come down to this, but I have to sell the old girl. I dont want all my hard-*** work to go down the tubes, so I thought I'd see if any of you guys were looking for another truck or know someone that is. Here's what I got:

1967 Ford F-250 2wd, most all original. A list of the things that I have done to it since I got it.
1. Had stock 240 rebuilt, have all reciepts. Bored .040 over, crank ground .010 under. All new internal parts.
2. Headers and dual exhaust installed at this time
3. Carb rebuilt.
4. Raditor flushed and checked.
5. Swapped Dana 60 w/ 3.73 gears from a 1972 Camper Special, has the 21/2" brakes now.
6. Completely soundproofed and carpeted the interior.
7. Installed P235/75R15 wrapped around American Racing Wagon Wheels.
8. Installed FM Modulator.
9. Installed M5OD tranny from 1990 F-150 that had less than 70,000 miles on it.
10. Brake system new from the master cylinder out.

A little bit about the cosmetics. I have seen alot of grilles on these trucks, and I think mine may be one of the best. No DENTS AT ALL!!! The headlight doors are a little rough, but not too bad.
The paint is not real hot, but it was going to be my spring time project. There is one small rust spot behind the passenger side fender, but like I said, the body work was going to happen this spring. The rebuilt engine is painted identical to the factory pictures.

The previous owners son is a mechanic, so I know that the King Pins were changed the fall before I bought the truck, Fall of 2001.

The truck sat in a barn for 14 years before I bought it and was driven only occasionally. I have put hours upon hours into researching and wrenching on this truck, that's why I want it to have a good home.

I placed an ad in the classifieds, so if anyone is interested, contact me

Thanks guys,
Ken

Glad to hear you are keeping your truck! Were you going to replace it with something different? Ran out of room? Might as well keep it after everything was replaced

The only reason that I was going to sell it was because my fiancee and I are a little tight on cash right now. We figured everything out and decided that there is just too much BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS!!!

I thank you guys for all your help and support, and if anyone ever needs help with anything, please feel free to ask!!!

Slap yourself! I'd get a second job at McDonalds, collect soda cans or hock my tools to make ends meet before I parted with my 67 Ford. Glad to hear you can keep it. What were you thinking???
