winter fuel, when does it end?

winter fuel, when does it end?
Up north where we get the gift of blended fuel in the winter, I was wondering when they will stop stocking the winter fuel? I assume a bit longer, as if you go north of I-80 it can get really cold still. Anyone have an idea for us northern types?
