New to Escape
Good Morning All,
I'm new to Escape, purchased yesterday ........2001 Escape XLT 4x4 ....
w/51000 miles I'll read the post's for info ......... anyone with other info please send PM or post ........... Thanks JT

Good For You!
I'm on my 2nd Escape, traded in my 2001 in 11/94 for an Escape Hybrid.
Read the posts, what you'll probably have to watch for yours is 1) brakes .. they (at least the front ones) will probably need replacing, along with the rotors ... unless that's been done already ....
2) Hope the original tires were replaced with something that's much quieter/longer lasting ...
3) And keep a close eye on the tranny.
Otherwise you've made a wise choice.
