stuck fill plug
You might put a propane torch to the area and heat it up a bit. Doesn't have to be red hot, just warm to hot. Try to remove the plug then. If it still doesn't budge you might try to melt some candle wax into the plug threads while it is hot.
If that doesn't work, you might go the opposite direction and use freeze spray on the plug.
Whatever you do, use a good snug fitting square drive and keept the ratchet handle close to the plug, ie try not to use long extentions since they tend to move the torque off center.
If all else fails, you might try an impact wrench. I might try one of those hammer type impact wrenches first because I am nervous. But in reality, my hammer impact wrench never did work for me. My next step would be to use an adjustable torque impact wrench and start low to just kind of tap the plug out.
