Exaust manifold
Hi guys, new to the site so bear with me while i figure out how it works. I was wondering if anybody has had problems with exaust manifold bolts breaking on a '00 5.4? Its on the passenger side, the farthest back (#8?) the bottom bolt. Makes a racket until the truck gets warmed up a bit and then it goes away, but its still annoynig me. Truck is a F150 cab and a half, and are there any common problems with this truck? My last truck was a 95 f150 with the 4.9 and a 5 spd, in 82,000 miles all I did was change the oil and brakes, no other problems and I beat the hell out of it.

Welcome to the forum 
Broken exhaust studs on these are pretty common. Do a search in the forum here and you'll find quite a bit of info on it.
The new studs from Ford are stainless steel and seem to last longer.
