Expedition 3rd Row Power Fold seat STUCK!

2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer. The 60% 3rd Row seat w/ Power Fold seat is stuck. The Motor is working. The giant threaded bolt thing which moves the seat back and forth won't move forward (fold the seat Down). I can wiggle the seat back a bit and get it to move a little bit forward by pressing the down button, but typically pushing the down button cause the motor to turn but the threaded bolt to remain stationary when it should move forward. Going back (Up button) works fine, the threaded bolt moves backward and the seat goes up. I have checked the area and cannot find an obvious blockage. What could it be? I'm willing to take the whole seat out if that might help but i need to know which bolts hold it in.

Last post I saw about this there was a AA battery in the way. Dang Game Boys and Leapsters.

I wish my case was that simple. Yesterday I removed the seat cushion and disassembled the front of the 60% Fisher motor. the problem is definitely somewhere in the big threaded bolt thing which drives the seat forward and back.. i was thinking of giving it a bang with a hammer or something. otherwise, i may have to remove the whole seat to re-adjust whatever is off. But, I'd need directions for that.

Please help
