Help with E40D trans

I had the fron seal go out on my trans. We pulled the trans and replaced the seal behind the torque converter, but now that the truck is back together it stalls when i put it in reverse, and in drive it slips BAD. Could i have not put the convertor back in right. I twisted it and it clicked 4 times? Then it would not click anymore. Any help would be appreciated thanks

WE FIXED IT. A sensor was not all the way plugged in.
