For both high and lowbeams, there is a fuse #13, 30 amp in the fuse box under the hood.

Fuse #9, 10 amp is for the left lowbeam, Fuse #11, 10 amp is for the right lowbeam. Both of these are also under the hood.

Fuse #16, 15 amp is for both high beams, and is located in the fuse box under the dash.

For the turnsignals, check fuse #1, 20 amp and fuse #23, 10 amp in the fuse box under the dash.

Thre is one flasher relay. It contains the flasher for all turnsignals and the hazard function flasher too. The manual says it's located in the instrument panel relay block, which is supposed to be located near the instrument panel, I assume under the dash somewhere.

I would say your multi-function switch is bad(the turnsignal switch) but since you had a crash, and I guess they worked before the crash, then it must be something else up front. Do your dash turn indicators work? These indicators use the same wires and circuit that the front turn lights do. If the dash turn indicators work, then that would point to the turnsignal switch being good, and there is still something wrong with the wiring up front, possibly a grounding problem?
