Soft brake pedal.

I'm new to the site and have a question about a current problem I have. I have a 75 f250 and every time I start the truck up I have to pump the pedal several times just to get any pressure on the pedal. Plus when I apply the brakes the pedal is almost on the floor before the truck starts to stop. I've replaced the master cylinder, wheel cylinder, pads, and have adjusted the push rod length. The only thing left to replace that I can think of is the vacuum power booster. Is this a common problem associated with the bosster. Or is their something else I should check before replacing the booster. Any ideas/suggestions would be a big help.
Thank You.

Have you adjusted the rear brakes?

Easiest way to check the booster is to pump the pedal til it is super hard with the truck off. Then push the pedal hard and while doing that turn the truck on, if the pedal falls to the floor its good. Have you double checked to make sure that there is no air in the system anywhere? Does the pedal slowly sink to the floor while you are sitting at like a stop light?
