The 352 is one of the first of the FE series of engines - they were produced for many years. You should not have any problem finding a dip stick in any boneyard.
The big problem is that there were several different pans and dipsticks used - they were even different in the same years between 2 wd and 4wd, and different than the ones used in the cars.
I have seen chrome ones new on eBay, and would expect them to be available from any of the normal suppliers. But you will need to know which one you need - not just the year/model, but to be able to recognize it also.
I would try the bone yard first, but if you want new you could try Sacramento Vintage Ford.
btw, why don't you join our chapter and sign yourself up on the frapper map? You would be welcome!
You can find after market billet ones at Jegs or Summit or somewhere like that. You will have to calibrate it by changing your oil with the proper amount of oil and setting on level ground but I have seen several of these at shows so they must work. I still have my original in my 65 f100 352 I could get you the measurement if you need to adapt to a differant style..
