There are tons of these things in the junk yards around me. Like the other poster said, it all depends on what color you are looking for.

Red seems to be the most common color and mine are blue so it was hard for me to find replacement parts but if you need red, there should be thousands of available parts. Next most common are tan and black.

Check your local junkyards. There is one out here by me that must have 30 to 50 F150s in it all from 80 to 96. Hardly anyone takes the door panels. Most want the side windows, dashes etc.

Good Luck,

Lee

Here in MN the panels are mostly junk, all the ones i've ever seen in junkyards are all sun faded and cracked like crazy! I actually just used some plastic paint on mine, removed the piece of cardboard with cloth on it, put new cloth/padding on it, and put it back together, it looks pretty sweet. I'd sell em but they're power lock/window, and i only did one of them.

ebay, junkyard, or www.car-part.com for used...

Blue oval, lmc, or an autoparts store (interior specific) for new ones

I will try to make it up to the yard in the next couple weeks. I try NOT to deal with them if I don't have to. They are not open on weekends and close at 5 PM weekdays so it is hard for me to get there and their prices seem random. I don't think the guy understands english so when I ask about prices for something I need, his answer is usually $25 or $50 for little stuff. He wanted $500 for an axle one time. I ended up getting an entire truck somewhere else for $300 and just took what I needed off it. -g-

Still, he does have a ton of trucks so I will head over there when I can and see what he has and ask how much, get his phone/e-mail etc.

Eric - I'll get to the yard close to me sometime next week. I'm sure he doesn't do any shipping but I know his prices are good. He told me $40 for a rust free fender and that was before haggling. He said there isn't a whole lot of call for the 80 - 86 Ford trucks. Like I said, he had a black one a couple weeks ago with really nice doors. Only thing is I believe it is a power window truck. I could remove the internals if this works out and save on weight. I'll give you a follow-up next week.

Eric, I went to the yard today. He has good doors. I didn't get to see them but I have done business with him before and he's honest. Unfortunately he wants $75 for a shell and $100 for a complete door. I recently saw the doors for sale at JC whitney I believe for $80 and they currently have free shipping. that may be a cheaper way to go. In my opinion when shipping is added I think this door is too expensive but you are the buyer not me. Just my $.02
