Billet grilles

I keep seeing these billet grilles on ebay, all of them say you have to cut the stock grill

Does anyone have one of those grilles and how hard was it to install? How do they hold up in the long run?

I'm wanting to order a billet grille, and clear blinkers on ebay but im not sure how hard they are to put on or how durable they are

Not sure about ebay ones, but I bought a Stull Billet Grille and it took about 2 minutes to put in. Unscrew the old one and screw the new one on. Only down side is that it is more than double the price of the ebay ones. At least you know it's a quality product though, and not cheap crap.

I love how a billet grille looks on these trucks with the clear markers. Especialy on black, white, or silver.

Here's mine, Ebay especial! Stainless grille from grill4u on ebay- great grille. It bolts right in, but you do have to cut a hole in the plastic on top of the grille to make room for the included latch relocation bracket. It's no surprise that you can barely get your fingers through to reach the latch hence the bracket. Really nice grille, totally happy with it and I didn't pay that much.

The clear turn signals were ebay specials and they have held up well. White box no name specials, but they haven't discolored and they don't leak or anything. Just don't forget that you will need amber bulbs.

If you don't mind my asking, what's the purpose of clear turn signals? Better visibility...?

Thanks man, that's exactly what i wanted to see (a pic of the ebay stuff actually mounted on someone's truck)

Your truck looks good too, I like what you've done with it

I'm going to put the same combo on mine (ebay billet grille, clear corners ) after that i'll be broke for a while!! (16yr old income isnt very high and i wouldnt dare ask my parents for $$ )

Sure hope you post pics after you get the grill, Because I'm thinking about doing the same.....
