First off Welcome to the 61-66 F Series Forum here at the FTE Website. 
You have a Short Wheel Based, 1965, F-100, 2Wd, built mid November 1964 @ FoMoCos' Michigan Truck Plant. An F-100 is a half ton Pick Up Truck.
It has a standard duty, column shift, 3 spd, manual transmission, FoMoCo 9" rear with 3.25:1 gears, a 352 [FE] Regular Fuel Engine w/ 2v carb. It came Corinthiam White. It's a standard cab, as opposed to a Custom Cab or Ranger Option.
