etnies13...Did you get a decent discount on the spray gun before leaving your last job?
Dueller, I was thinking abut a rc saw, it would work better than a plasma for cutting multi-layers of sheet metal.

If your cutting sheetmetal plasma is the best there is. Reciprocating saws are good a wood, cutting pipes, angle iron etc but aren't very good at cutting thin metal due to the big blade moving. A jigsaw cuts sheetmetal alot better and it has a smaller blade to cut circles.

A plasma has a hard time cutting to many multi layers of sheet metal, especially with spaces in between, a rc saw with the proper blade can walk thru them fairly easily. Items such as door pillars ect.
A jig saw will work but doesn`t have the same power as the rc saw.

I didn't know you meant like a door pillar, then a rc would work well or you could use big 6" air die grinder that they use in the magazines.

yes fom i did get a pretty sweet deal before i left lol, i think i paid 100 bucks for it and list price is 250
