what will the kwik mod do this summer

i was curious what about the quick mod in the summer months. it gets up to 110 in the summer here. i can only imagine the under hood temps. wont this kill power

I drove mine in 115 degree weather last summer. I never noticed a lack of power. I'm sure it will run a bit better with cold air induction, but the "high underhood" temperatures don't <I><b>kill</i></b> power, just reduce it a bit - and without back-to-back comparison, I can't tell you that there really is any noticeable loss at all.

Quite a few people have tested the temps, and found that the underhood temps only get about 5-15* higher than the ambient temps, so it's really not that much of a difference.
