Question New Initial Timing

After I advance the cam 4 degrees to obtain a "straight up" valve timing, do I need to change the dizzy initial timing to make up for the change? If I do, then how much and in which direction?

The cam timing has nothing to do with ignition timing other than the drive mechanisms are a physically connected inside the engine. Set the timing normally with a timing light off the crankshaft balancer marks.
