Engine trouble...need help fast!!!

Help fast!! My buddy has a 1990 F-150, 2wd 5 speed 4.9L fuel injected. It keeps stalling out and will take 30 seconds to restart. The motor will turn over but it wont start for at least 30 seconds. The battery, alternator, fuel pump, have been changed. I was thinking it mite not be getting spark or a possible distributor ignition problem. Any ideas? Cheap ones first hes broke as a joke! Thanks

Check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail. Also try to get any codes from the computer. Does the truck have dual tanks? If so, does it do it on both tanks. The reason I asked is because you said you changed the fuel pump(1).
