With 100% positive feedback, he is most likely legit but if I were to go with a reman, I'd probably go with a local autoparts that offer a lifetime warranty. I don't think I would want to wait for the mailman if it started leaking.

Worked well except for a gasket that did not come with it that i had to go to Ford to get. ($4.50)
I think guzzle92 is right but last november money was tight and the price difference was enough to make me go that route. Maybe I'll regret it in the long run, but I had do do what I had to do at the time.
