4" Downpipe?

4" Downpipe?
I want to make my own straight through 5" exhaust and just have it dump out before the rear tire. I cant make my own downpipe so ill need to buy one, the only places that I can find that sell just downpipes have ridicules prices. Anyone know where I can buy a 4" downpipe for a good price?

Call Mark Romriell. He sells 5" systems with a 4" downpipe. He was easy to work with and just might help you out. Unfortunately I have misplaced his number. Somebody else will likely chime in with it but if not do an exhaust search on evilbay and look for markoidaho or something like that. His number is usually listed there.

He's really nice to talk to and he may have a deal for you if you're only going out the side. I think Kwikkordead used a 5" flex pipe to come out the side. He has a frame and chasis 450 or 550. He couldn't get the 5" over that mass in the back.

Every one that I have ever seen is less than $200.00 to your door. The guy that makes them has a substantial investment in the mandrel machine and won't work for free.

I understand the time and cost of materials, but hundreds of dollars for a few mild mandrel bends on 36"s of exhaust pipe. By not purchasing a complete exhaust system from "insert vendors name" I get charged a premium for one piece. Ill give Mark a call on my day off and see what he can offer, maybe I can get the whole exhaust I want, if the price is right. Thanks for the info guys, ill post and let you all know how this turns out.
