HELP! No 4x4
Now are you saying with your hubs locked (manually) you can only turn the front driveshaft a little back and forth(wiggle) and you can see the front axle shafts turn about the same ? if you put your hubs in auto can you turn the front driveshaft completely around ? The above must be done with the esof sw in 2wd .
Do the above and let us know .
Like I said before if you manually lock your hubs that front drive shaft will only turn very slighly if at all.
Ther are other component involved with your esof system
fuses
2 relays under the hood in the engine compartment drivers side
switch on dash
shift motor on tranfercase
4x module
vacum solenoid for the hubs
Wiring

Sometimes when the truck has sat for extended periods of time you need to get on level ground, put the truck in neutral, depress the brake pedal, then turn the switch to 4WD High and let it sit there - do nothing else for about a minute. If nothing happens, switch back to 2WD and drive the truck forward or backwards a few yards, then repeat the process. Don't try to go from 2WD to 4WD Low at first, just to 4WD High. Be patient. If this does not work, then it is:
Fuses
Relays
GEM
Switch (on dash)
Servo Motor (or the connection to that motor)
