injectors and upgrades

can someone please let me know the difference between say the injectors from beans and the ones sold on gts-motorsports, the baby swamps. also i have read here that when upgrading injectors people upgrade to the early 99 turbo, what does this do and how does it differ from the stock turbo currently on my 96. should i keep my stock turbo and upgrade the housing or search for an early 99 turbo, will other superduty turbos work or just the early 99? odes anything else need to be done to upgrade injectors besides the injector, the intercooler and the turbo?

well all the injectors are very similar and all built for the most part the same..

i will put it to you like this.

beans= are the nikes of injectors. just the most popular.

swamps= used to be the nikes. has a good following but not talked about as much as before. still builds a great product.

gts= i think he has been doing injectors for a while. also makes some other great products.

you dont need a sd turbo. or even an ic for that matter. i have stage 1's from bdp and love em fwiw. my .02

btw

there are a few others out there that build em too:

hypermax
nick gerrard
tim
dzljim= diy injectors.com
thats all i can think of for now.

nick gerard doesnt build injectors, he runs strictly hypermax. BDP stage 1's and Baby Swamps are essentially the same injector, both flow about the same amt of fuel which is limited by the stock nozzle.
