Hydraulic lifter adjustment range

Does anyone know how much a hydraulic lifter actually adjusts,in,say 1000ths of an inch? I have been told its around .060 (60 thou.) Is this true?

I just installed a Lunati and the paperwork said .020-.040. You should check with the cam company to be sure.
