Door locks
3 of 4 power door locks are not working. They "flutter" when I hit the power button U/L, but do not actually work. They are getting power because of the "flutter", but just don't work. This is on a 99 F350 crew cab. Any help would be most appreciated.
Ford wants $270 a door without even looking at it.

I would agree the actuators are probably bad. I had them go out on my 2000 F150 a few years ago. I bought the actuators from Ford and then had a local shop put them in for me. I don't remember what the exact cost was but it was no where $270 a door.
