Stanadyne Available Locally
I buy my Stanadyne in Greensboro, NC at Diesel Equipment Company, tel. 336-373-8331. 7% state sales tax versus shipping and handling from an out of state distributor. I don't know if I am allowed to tell you the price on this forum. If a moderator grants permission, I will post a follow up. This is my small way of saying thanks to all who post here for all the great information you have provided me.

You're not selling it yourself...for gain....so I see no problem. I have been wrong once before..but, then I found out later I was right. But then, I guess I was wrong about being wrong. So I was still wrong...once.

kw5413, Thank you for your reassurance. I am just trying to help out here in my own small way. For those of you in or around Greensboro, NC: Diesel Equipment Company - 1/2 gal. = $18.90 (discounted from $27.00) plus 7% sales tax. My Ford Service Advisor used to recommend Stanadyne because that is what they sold over their parts counter. That is, before they adopted their own product. BTW, he advised me not to buy it from them because they charged too much.
