I saw a Bronco in a parking lot with a rear spoiler. The owner was not around. The spoiler was plastic and designed to force some air up but also had an opening in front and a curved down area to direct air down across the rear window. The rear deflector on stations wagon luggage racks of the 1970's worked well. The mfg. was Lund but could not find it shown on their web site. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it noisy? Does it help keep the rear window clean? Was it perhaps designed for the F-150 and installed on the Bronco? Who sells it?
Yeah, it's called a Lund Windjammer rear spoiler. They don't have one for fullsize Broncos, but one for the Ford Explorer will fit. I bouht one from Summit a few years ago to try to help clean the rear window. Didn't do much, but I had to remove my rear bumper - mounted CB Firestick antenna. It would whip around like crazy from the deflected air of the spoiler, and bang against the tailgate and side of the Bronco. I still have the spoiler, mounted on the hardtop, that is sitting in my garage since 2003 when I went topless for good. Wasted about $70 on the piece... JSM84
