had E4OD rebuilt and now a problem

Cool had E4OD rebuilt and now a problem
I got my E4OD rebuilt about 600 miles ago and when i got it back the torque converter would not lock up. but after about 30-40 miles on it it worked great but after 40 or so miles the TC doesnt even lock up now. I dont know if it is an electrical problem or what but i need all of your openions on this one. thanks.

what year is the e40d. the solinoid pack that controls lockup could be bad. take the vehicle back to the treans shop and have them check it.

Sorry, it is a 1990 f 250 with the 7.3 diesel.

i would still take it back if it has any warranty left.did they adjust the fipl sensor when the trans was installed.there could be many diff things that could cause your problem
