lift

i have been told that the explorers at very tippy i wish to raise mine but i want to know if it is safe enough to raise or do i need to do something to make it safer?

I have a 5 1/2" lift with 32" tires on my Explorer and it's fine around town or taking it slow off road but yeah on the highway you can feel it sway a little. Comming off an offramp that curves, if you take it too fast will wake you up fast as it feels like one side of the Explorer is lifting up. If you take it easy I don't see a problem with lifting your Explorer. I'd say go for it.
