Rear View Mirrors

I am looking for a pair of round mirrors for my pick up (not "peep" mirrors) that attach to the door itself. Does anyone know of a source? Thanks.

Thanks Jim, I was afraid of that. In the alternative, for those of you who do own Econoline pick-ups what type of mirrors do you have? I'm looking for something other than the "big rig look" or West Coast style as they are commonly called. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks.

i went to my fatherinlaws salvage and just started trying pickup mirrors till i found something that looked right and fit the doors. [handy haveing that salvage around!]
seems like they are 73-79 f150 mirrors.

if you want the small round ones, find something that is close and drill a couple of holes.

dont try the peep mirrors, sometimes call hotrod mirrors. you cant see squat out of them. course they do look good!

I too would like to find the original round mirrors for my truck. I have pictures of the mirrors from the years they were installed from 61-67 Econoline trucks and vans. The problem was the small rounds ones were from the early years when most of the Econos came without mirrors and someone put mirrors on.
If you want I can e-mail you those pics. Just PM me with where to send them.

I found a nice set on ebay awhile back, nice little chrome stem 4" round mirrors. Might want to look there.

Thanks for the suggestion Dave. I keep looking, but so far I haven't seen anything. Better be more diligent and pay more attention. Thanks.
