You'll need a few friends or some safe way to lift the cab. A nylon strap through both doors is the best method. Too bad the search feature isn't on-line. There have been many good threads about this in the past. Good luck.

When I did mine I built an A frame out of 2x8's with 3 2x8's bolted together on top for the main support. Just build it tall enough to swing the cab off the frame. Then I used come along and lifted it fight off. Ive used this for many other things since then, nice to have.

When I switched frames there was two of us lifting the cab over, the cab was completely gutted it didn't weigh that much with nothing in or on it. If you have access to a two post lift then you can put the dogs or feet under the cab and lift it off and roll the frame out of the way.
