Steering Problem

I have a 94 F-250 4x4 turbo diesel. I have several problems. First I cannot turn right without killing myself. I jacked the truck up and put stand under the axle and started it. I can turn the wheel fine right without a load. With a load its near impossible with my bigger tires. Would that be power steering or gearbox or both? Secondly I'm having issues finding tilt steering column bearings and/or info on the column. Since i need to change that bearing I was wondering what else i could go ahead and replace there since I'm most likely putting stresses on other things. One more thing is there supposed to be a steering damper on the TTB

Make sure your outter U-Joints are not worn out or rusted up. The U-joints move when you steer. If a joint is worn out or rusted up it can jam the steering badly. If U-Joints are not replaced, jamming will eventually do in the steering box and pump. Been there done that.
