Well, I guess I got too excited too quickly. I replaced the fuel line and I'm still getting air/fuel mix coming out of the schrader valve on the filter head. I warmed the truck up and ran it about 15 minutes and I still noticed the stumbling above 2000 rpm. I shut the truck off and pressed the valve and got the usual air/fuel mix. I thought maybe it was just the air in the system from the new line. I started it up and ran it again and it was doing the same thing. I bled it again. I did this procedure a total of about 4 times. I did run the truck long enough (around 20 min) that all of the air should have purged out, right? Is there any other place air can be put into the system? Is it possible the lift pump could do this? Is the return line on the top of the IP return fuel from the pump going to the tank or is it return from the injectors to the IP? I think it is the first option I said but if it isn't, could air enter the system there? I do not have much hair to spare so I hope I figure this thing out soon. I'm neck deep in this investment and I need to get it running good. Thanks for all of the input.
